Call recording is not visible on Betyphon

User getting logged-in on web and calling from Mobile normally

Call recording not visible on betyphon account under the user/admin is common issue which can be resolved with below evaluation-steps.


* Android phone suppose to have the inbuilt auto-recording feature or third party recording application. 

* If admin account get loggedin to Mobile application - it will sync the recording but it will not be visible to betyphon platform/software - as admin account is get created for reporting / manging the operations as per Betyphon policy guidelines.

* Before downloading the Betyphon Application or proceeding the call recording sync, ensure the call recording is getting generated. - Cross check by making call and see the recording folder.


# Its required to phone application need to be installed in phone with proper mapping of call recording. (Step 1 to cross check)


# As per Android policy - if application is not working on for-ground (Menu TAB) - then its not able to sync any data to related to platform. Applicable to all across application based to android (Step 2 to cross check, Application not to be closed)


# Call recording need to be work on "All call recordings" not to "Selected Recording" (Step 3 to cross check)


# As Airtel / Jio is giving the feature of WiFi Calling, inwhich phone network doesn't have barrier to make/receive calls on number. But its a feature of Internet calling wherein call recording will not be generated by phone as per Android. (Step 4 to cross check)


# As agent generally stop the each recording from Mobile Calling screen (Step 5 to cross check)


# Truecaller Call recording / Truecaller premium or Truecaller cookies is also barrier for Auto-call recording, if calls are getting recorded and visible on recording folder where its getting save earlier. (Step 6 to cross check)



User getting logged-in to BeTyphon App. & also calling thru Application only from BeTyphon Calling Screen

* If admin account get loggedin to Mobile application - it will sync the recording but it will not be visible to betyphon platform/software - as admin account is get created for reporting / manging the operations as per Betyphon policy guidelines.


# Check the recording folder - is the recording properly getting generated - if recording not generate then follow the above steps - 3,4,5 & 6.




Note : User has to click on "Tap to Sync" to start syncing the details/recording 1st time, when application get installed/re-installed on phone. (as permission)
