How agent can see his followups

Betyphon helps to manage telecalling efficiently. User can follow their customer ontime. 


Schedule : schedule page shows the followups with details (Prospect name, Scheduled time, Remarks, Called by, Called at) which refresh everyday at 12 AM.


User/ Manager/ Admin can filter the prospect as per scheduled day to check overdue or upcoming followups.


Admin/ Manager can change the user re-assignment or followups timing.
