How to adjust the non-active Users

User adjustment is all together a manual work from BeTyphon Accounts+Support Team which will be processed based on requirement.
# Adjustment cycle will be effected from 1st day of eveymonth. Subscriber can be asked as per need.
# Balance days (Validity) will be counted based on "Churned" users and that can be distributed to active users Or can be holded for further use.
Example : If any subscriber taken 10 Users for 1 year and after 3 months - 5 users left or minimized to 5 seats. Then 2 options are available :
Option - 1) Subscriber can enhanced the validity of 5 Active users for further 9 months so total will be 1 year 9 months for 5 users.
Option - 2) Subscriber can hold the validity of 5 users and once the new users will join than it can be asked to activate his pending validity.
Note :
# Adjusted users/Days will not be re-adjusted again among the users.
# Holded validity will be distribute in Single transaction - it can not be multiple (Means if 5 users validity pending for 6 months than it can not be use 1-by-1 as per need although it can be converted in 2-3-4 users based on requirement.
# Common month calculation is 30 days.
# User calculation and adjustment will be possible for 3 times in a year for subscriber only as manual limitation.
