How to integrate with facebook-LeadForm

You can integrate all 4 mediums of Social Media leads

- Whatsapp Leads can be integrated with Whatsapp API Keyword Feature in CRM.

- Incoming Call can be integrated with IVR Services in CRM 

- Facebook Instant Form, can be integrated directly with Marketplace integration

- Website Landing page, can be integrated for leads with Campaign API in CRM  

Question : Not getting the leads from Facebook ?

Answer : 

 # Earlier getting leads but not now -

1) If password get changed then leads will not be come than need to create new mapping by disabling old mapping. As integration will be done one-time as per facebook policy.

2) Repeated form not be mapped with multiple/same campaign.

3) Facebook integration SETTING not be edited after successful integration.

Question : Facebook account is not getting integrated - as not able to see the mapping column ?

Answer : Column will not be mapped if leads are not get created - 

1) Atleast 1 lead need to ba available for Facebook Form.

2) Check the access/permission of Facebook Account.

Note : Lead API will be hitted every 15 mins, So after integration with Facebook able the see the leads in campaign after 15 mins.

How to integrate the Facebook with Betyphon -

Note : For Faceook integration you can directly integration Facebook Instant Form. 

Step 1 - Login to Betyphon admin account & Click on Integration 

Step 2 - Click on Integrate and login with Facebook ID & password which carry the admin permission of Facebook Marketing Campaigns

Step 3 - Map the Column with Prospect Column or Create new column as per need (Phone is mandatory to create prospect)

Step 4 - After Mapping the Save and then Close the integration Block

Step 5 - Integration Setting Block will be created below to "Marketplace" Integration button.

Step 6 - Integration logs can be cross-checked for prospect integations
