How to setup dispositions base template messages

Based on dispositions, fixed template of SMS,Whatsapp or Email can be "Send to customer automatically".
👉 Disclaimer - Before setting up disposition-based messages, it is mandatory to create a desired template in the CRM.
Step 1 > Click to Setting
Step 5 > Save it
Step 2 > Go to Dispositions and Edit the Specific dispositions
Step 3 > Select Communication Type
Sept 4 > Select Template by Template NameStep 5 > Save it
