How to customize Lead SCORING based on requirement

BeDefault, Basic Lead Scoring will be applicable on all the campaign based on talk-time and lead entry based on API which is "BeTyphon AI Agent" wherein Maximum SCORE will be 45.

Customized your different "LEAD SCORE" based on calculations, which can be applicable on desired campaign's list as per need.

Step 1 > Go to Configuration > Lead Scoring

Step 2 > Add New Configuration

Step 3 > Choose your Options, to calculate the Lead Scoring as below.

• Based on update of "Dipsposition"
• Based on update of "Prospect Creation thru Integrations"
• Based on update of "TalkTime"
• Based on update of "Custom - Column-Values"
• Based on update of "Remarketing revert Mapping"

Note : 

# Overall Lead Score can be RESET as "0" if any specific disposition get updated by user for lead after call which you decide has No SCORE.

# Maximum Lead Score can be 100 with Overall options.

Step 1 > Define the name of - Lead Score

Stept 2 > For Dispostion, Mention "Total Score" from Dispositions

Step 3 > Give Score to choosen each dispostion which will be calculated in Total Score.

Note : Score count will be added in total score whichever is higher from all dispositions.
