How to raise ticket

We have multiple ways to raise the ticket for products.
- BeTyphon Software tickets raised thru admin(Subscriber) account.
- Other Products suppose to raise thru https://ticket.techmet.in (such as IVR, MissedCall, Tollfree, SMS, Click2Call, Whatsapp API, Call Centre Solution, Renewup)
🎯- After raised the ticket by any above ways - Calender booking is mandatory to schedule the query time. (After submit the Ticket - Calendar link will be automatically pop-up)
For Betyphon query - 👇
Subscriber (Admin Account) can raise the ticket for betyphon query directly from the portal.
> "Raise a Ticket" - Button is Poping-Up to Create the query.
> Select the Option of "Category" and "Sub-Category" related to concern
> Detail related to query can mention in "Message" and SUBMIT
In Support Ticket List -
> Total query will be visible which raised by Subscriber.
> Status and Comment will be updated by Support Team, Its also visible to Subscriber.
For Other products query - 👇
Raise the tickets for other products, from Direct URL https://ticket.techmet.in
> "Select Product" - Button to Create the query for product.
> Select the Option of "Category" and Type the "Sub-Category" related to concern
> Mention the email id, Company, Phone and Message and "SUBMIT"
In Support Ticket List.
👉 After Submitting the query "Calendar Link" will be opened for time schedule to connect by support team.
👉 For All query update(notification), Whatsapp & Email will be come.
