How to Rechurn or make Fresh the data

Prospect get re-use as per business requirements, Generally 3 times re-churning is required for effective sales in any business. 

👉 Note - 

- When user call and update the prospect in BeTyphon, than prospect history get created with country code, Column value get updated, related Call details and Call recording get mapped,

2 Easy Process to rechurn the Data, but there is difference between.. Choose as per need. 

⏩ Prospect need to be availble for User's as Fresh Calling with previous histories and update

Step 1 > Select the prospect in Campaign

Step 2 > Click on "Make Fresh" button

👉 Your Prospect get rechurened Successfully 

⏩ All Updates need to be removed related to prospect - (Easy Steps)

Step 1 > Select the prospect and Shift to Specific New Campaign

Step 2 > Download the prospect & remove the unwanted column from FILE

Step 3 > Delete the prospect of specific campaign

Step 4 > Upload the prospect in campaign
