How to setup Whatsapp Template with Whatsapp Cloud API

Step 1 - Setup the URL API in Configuration.

Step 2 - Add templates and choose the Configured API

Step 3 - Active or Inactive as per requirement

Note - As templates get active which can be use for :-

- Individual template sending by Clicks

- Welcome Message on New-Prospect-Creation

- Automatic message sending based on Dispositions

Setup of URL API - 

- Go to Settings >

- Click on -Templates

- Select Whatsapp Templates >

- Click on -Configuration

Setup of Whatsapp Templates -

- Go to Settings >

- Click on -Templates

- Select Whatsapp Templates >

- Click on -Templates

- Add Templates - Create name of Templates

- Choose the desired whatsapp Cloud API

Active or Inactive the Templates

- We can select the templates which suppose to be use.
