How to Update agent number incase of using Click2Call Services

Changing the phone number of agent while using the Click2Call API in Betyphon. We need to update both account as Betyphon and Click2Call.


For Updating the number for Betyphon


Step 1 > Go to My Team

Step 2 > Change the number in Configuration in table of "Members"

Step 3 > Also Change the Number in "User Phone"

Step 4 > Change the ServerDID in Column of "Virtual Number"


Note 

> Ensure the Server DID to be added as prefix of "0091"

> Agent Number to be added as prefic of "0"


For Updating the Number in Click2Call Panel - (if using Techmet services than change by following mention steps Or Speak to your provider incase of Click2Call is provided by someone else)


Step 1 > Login to https://c2c.techmet.in

Step 2 > Go to User Management > Members

Step 3 > Delete the specific member which want to change.

Step 4 > Create the member as New User

              1) - Go to Invite Member 

              2) - Mention the Name and Number of User

              3) - Select the Dropdown as "Regular" in ACCESS option

              4) - Send Invite - "Your account successfully created"

Step 5 > Click on Member Name under same Member-List and Choose the option as "YES" in ACTIVE Option.

Step 6 > Map the New user phone with ServerDID

            1) - Go to User Management > Call Group

            2) - Click on Action>View Details

            3) - Click on Add Member and Select the "Phone-Number" under list of "Add Member in Call Group"

            4) - Click on Add Members "Member get added Successfully"
