Actual call wise report available of all BeTyphon users (Shows the actual all calls of all users as total calls, incoming calls, outgoing calls, missed calls, talk-time and uploaded recording in BeTyphon account)


Subscriber can check actual efforts on business by Calls to customer by number of calls,talk-time effectively. As we SYNC-or-Integrate all calls (Dialed/Received/Missed) and report will be auto generated based on it.


In Agent Working Report - You can track their Login time, Break time and Log-off time. - πŸ‘‡πŸ‘‡

In Hourly Reports - You can check the actual efforts of the caller or team by their calls in every hour. - πŸ‘‡πŸ‘‡

In Dialing Activity Report - You can see the IDEAL time (Difference between) OneCall-to-NextCall, which help to understand (track) the actual calling and giving the feedback. - πŸ‘‡πŸ‘‡

Note :

# Call wise - dashboard can be filtered for previous day wise from "date selection"

# Each user can have the view of his individual report as well in his/her account.

# If call type is selected "All" then you can check their Personal-Business Calls both and all report will be changes automatically. In dialing activity reports, personal calls will be visible as "Red" portion.
