Reports shows the current status based on all users for given prospects.
Assigned Prospects : Number of prospect which get assigned specifically or auto assigned while calling in user account.
Attempted : All called prospect where disposition get updated by user.
Not Attempted : Number of count which not get called yet by user.
Open : Number of total unique prospect who marked the callback (Overdue followups +today followups +Upcoming followups)
Close : Number of total unique prospects which not suppose to called again by user (Non-called prospect)
Upcoming Callbacks : Number of upcoming prospect from tomorrow.
Overdue Callbacks : Number of prospect which disposition has callback befrore from current date&time.
