Call recordings can be accessed from web and mobile application both.
On web application its visible under the Activity > Call recording which can be filtered by day wise, agent or specific number
Mobile application - User can listen all call recordings on Recording page under Synced/Unsynced
# AMR file's not support to online media player- so recording need to be download for play from web application.
# User can direcrly play on same mobile device from where its get uploaded, as same media play support.
