Where to login by telecaller

As Telecaller, We can login on computer or Android phone as Mobile Application as per requirement. If we logged-in on Mobile app then we can directly click on number and call will be dialed automatically from phone OR if we logged-in on Computer then we need to integrate the IVR for outbound call either we need to normally make calls from android phone.
