How to prepare excel file for data upload

For preparing the file to upload in software, Only "Phone Number" is mandatory to create a prospect entry. Software will not allow the duplicate entry of same prospect by same phone number.

📌 Before proceeding to prepare the Data sheet, Manadatory point is ensuring of the required column which carry the prospect information properly and based on Industry/company its always different, it can not be similar for all. As "PHONE" number right formatting required to upload the data wherein user will able to dial the call properly if number will not in right format than call will not be placed

Prospect Logs will provide the history of each entry to be uploaded as Inserted,

Focus is to create file with "Standard Column" which help us to structure the prospect in single format. We can create fresh data file or follow-ups data file based on requirement.

For Existing Data - Duplicacy removal is also a challenge to prepare the CSV bcz same number get used by multiple employees in the office. 

👉 2 Different process to structure the data, its based on which format is data with subscriber.

1st Existing Data upload as Interested Category only - In Hardcopy, Register, Multiple Excel sheets with Multiple agents - So we strongly suggest the -GoogleSheet with GoogleForm- option to structure the data - 👇👇

2nd If you want to upload the new data than, decide the column name by putting in excel sheet HEADER and start adding the details to Single-Sheet from multiple sheets. 'Phone' is mandatory to manatain any datasheet. No limit create column's.

Generally, mention below points comes while preparing the file (prospect formatting) :-

🔥 Point 1 > Multiple columns in sheet (Duplicate Column, Not required Column)

🔥Point 2 > Phone Number not in right format - (Phone number not available, Space in phone numbers, Multiple phone numbers in single column, Country digit with phone number)

🔥Point 3 > Data Duplicity - (Same phone number in multiple column or same column-que)

🔥Point 4 - Phone number with array error (Convert the column value in Number)
