Save button is not visible while creating new prospect by user in some cases

Yes, "Save" button will not be visible to user while creating the prospect manually its because of "prospect duplicacy".  BeTypon work on "NO DUPLICACY" policy as per Betyphon guideline.

Note : Betyphon duplicacy works on basis of "Phone" column as standard process. "Setting" page will help you manage the duplicacy by any column on custom requirement thru "Is Required" option to control the duplicacy.
